Ros View, Cape Cornwall Terms & Conditions
- The contract of Hire shall be between the Hirer and the property Owner and subject to the conditions of Hire.
- For bookings made more than 6 weeks before arrival a deposit of 20% of the full cost is payable on booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencement.
- For bookings made 6 weeks or less before arrival the full amount is payable on booking.
- Upon payment of the deposit and subject to acceptance of the booking the applicant becomes liable for the balance of the rent for the period of letting. Bookings from persons under 18 years of age cannot be accepted.
- Pets are only permitted with prior consent of the Owner and when permitted are to be kept under control and to be exercised off the premises. When pets are permitted there will be an extra charge of £10.00 per week. In making this service available we are relying on you to respond by keeping your pet under strict control at all times. Please bring your own pet basket, and do not allow your pet on furniture or beds. Hirers will be liable for any damage caused by pets. Pets must not be left in the flat when you leave the premises.
- Bed linen and towels are provided however guests are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. Towels for the beach must always be provided by the hirer.
- The exact number of people allowed is clearly stated on the Price Schedule and extra persons cannot be accommodated. The Hirer shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form.
- The Owner must be notified during the tenancy of any complaints. In no circumstances will refunds be made for complaints made after the end of the tenancy.
- If for any reason beyond the Owner's control (e.g. fire damage) the property is not available on the date booked, all rental charges paid in advance by the Hirer will be refunded in full, but the applicants shall have no further claim against the Owner.
- It is an express condition of this booking that the Owner cannot be held responsible for any accident, loss or damage which may be sustained by any Hirer, member of his party, or visitor, or their property, however caused.
- In the event of the Hirer wishing to cancel the arrangements prior to the commencement of the letting, the Owner will endeavor to re-let the property for the period concerned or for such part thereof as may prove possible. If such re-letting can be arranged, the balance, if already paid, will be refunded less a charge for any additional expenses. The deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.
- Tenancies commence after 3pm on the commencement date of the tenancy and terminate at 10am on the termination date, to allow sufficient time for cleaning.
- All bookings are accepted on the condition that the property be left clean & tidy, and breakages and/or damage will be paid for by the Hirer who made the booking.
- The property Owner has the right of access to the property during the period booked by the hirer.
- The Owners' liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid as rental by the Hirer for the accommodation rented from the Owner.
- No rebates will be paid by the owner for mechanical failure of any kind. Every effort shall be made to effect repair.
- The Owner reserves the right to amend prices quoted in the Price Schedule, due to errors and/or omissions.
- The Hirer agrees not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance to tenants or occupants of adjoining flats.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments.
- Please park only in the numbered parking bay allocated to your apartment. One car per apartment. Extra car by prior arrangement with the Owner.
- All payments may be made by cheque, postal order or cash. Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to A M Denis Le Seve. Cash should always be sent by registered letter. In no circumstances are post-dated cheques acceptable.
